About the NFC Glassdoor card
For employers who want honest feedback from current and former staff, and a stronger page for job seekers. The card opens your Glassdoor company page.
What happens when someone taps it
They hold their phone near the card and your Glassdoor company page opens. Phones without NFC scan the QR code on the back instead. Nobody types an address or installs an app.
Which link to send us
Your Glassdoor company page, or its “write a review” link. After you order, send it on WhatsApp +92 335 6656657; we programme it and test it before dispatch.
Where it works well
- HR office and staff room
- Exit interviews
- Onboarding packs
Glassdoor rules to know
Employers may encourage honest reviews but must not offer payment or gifts for them, pressure employees, or ask for proof that a review was written. Ask all employees, not only those likely to be positive, and make clear nobody is penalised for honest criticism. Source: Glassdoor Terms of Use.
The card makes it easier for a customer to reach your page. It does not guarantee reviews or ratings.

Questions
Does the customer need an app? No. The phone reads the card, or the QR code, and opens the link. On newer Android phones a small “open link” notification appears first; tap it.
Should managers hand it out? It is better placed somewhere staff can tap privately, so nobody feels watched.
