About the NFC Google card
The Google review card is the one most Pakistani shops, restaurants, clinics and salons start with, because Google Maps is where most customers look a business up before visiting.
What happens when someone taps it
They hold their phone near the card and your Google review form opens. Phones without NFC scan the QR code on the back instead. Nobody types an address or installs an app.
Which link to send us

Google rules to know
Google allows businesses to ask customers for reviews, with conditions: no discounts, gifts or payment in return; ask every customer, not only the happy ones; and do not pressure customers to leave a rating on the premises or set review targets for staff. Source: Google Maps fake engagement policy.
The card makes it easier for a customer to reach your page. It does not guarantee reviews or ratings.

Questions
Does the customer need an app? No. The phone reads the card, or the QR code, and opens the link. On newer Android phones a small “open link” notification appears first; tap it.
Can the card open my Google Maps page instead? Yes, but the direct review link saves the customer two taps. You can change your mind before we programme it.
